EAST SAC:

Pure Strength- Increase member’s mind, body awareness about the proper technique, reps and sets to increase their strength. This class will break down the fundamental movement patterns seen on the gym floors to a whole new level. Each class will have 1 or 2 main movement patterns, that we will focus on increasing max effort. The goal is to have our members walk away knowing their new and improved strength levels (weights) they should be aiming for when on the gym floor. This will maximize their time as they will be working more efficiently and within their respected weight range that pushes them and earns RESULTS.

Mat Strength- Allows our members to take a step back and slow things down. This classes focuses on balance, increasing mobility and proper core engagement. Each class will push the member out of their comfort zone as they safely push their boundaries for overall flexibility and core stability.

ROCKLIN:

Monday
This class is a blend that focuses on overall strength, hypertrophy, body mechanics, form and technique.  Strength and hypertrophy days will focus primarily on multi-joint, compounds lifts of the upper body with a slower pace and longer rest intervals.  Increased biweekly workloads will be encouraged with demonstration of sound and proficient patterns.  Classes will incorporate many different training modalities such a singular straight sets, lean muscle stimulating supersets and many more.

Wednesday

Fridays
This class is a blend that focuses on overall conditioning, body mechanics, form and technique.  Conditioning days will be full body in nature with a demanding and high intensity pace to build the mind up as well as the body.  Classes will incorporate partner drills, reactive drills, and more “crazy conditioning” modalities.

NV:

Increase your workout knowledge and work on some advanced workout concepts.

This class is perfect for those who've been coming 3-5x per week as Results members and want to step things up a notch. Also perfect if your short on time and want to get a quick 30 minute workout.

Please come warmed up and ready to learn, work and push your fellow members!!

WEST SAC:

PPP 30min fast pace class that incorporates intense cardio with spin bikes, heavy bag training and boxing work all tied together with strengthening exercises to keep those muscles burning.  Must show up 10-15mins early to warm up on your own

Strength- 1 hour class designed to challenge you with more advanced movements and heavier work sets. Great for those who have mastered form and ready to really challenge themselves.
