Preet Rai from Rocklin

Rocklin’s October Member of the Month is Preet Rai AKA 2Braidz!!!! Preet started on her fitness journey with Results on January 8, 2017. She completed 1 challenge round, losing a total of 14.2 lbs. She has since become a member and has lost a total of 50 pounds! Preet’s favorite workout is Tabata Tuesday but really enjoys all the workouts. She no longer struggles doing burpees, in fact, she loves them! Preet loves playing basketball and wants to learn MMA as well.

She is currently in nursing school. Her favorite motivational quote is, “Nothing ever happens unless you get out there and make it so.”- Markus Almond

Windy Aceves from Natomas

Natomas Nation would like to formally introduce Windy Aceves as our Member of the Month!!! Windy has been a member with Results for a total of two years this October. Windy has been on a journey of a healthy lifestyle for quite some time now.  With her hard work and consistency, Windy has lost a total of 105 pounds. Windy regularly attends team training at 5a.m.

If that’s not too early for you, come workout with her on her favorite day, Tabata Tuesday.  Windy loves to welcome new faces with a big smile.  And if you need a little extra attention, just ask and she will give you that wake up text or call you out on Facebook for not showing up to class. We love Windy’s daily check-in’s on Facebook. Her favorite hashtag is “#YouNeverKnowWhoYouWillInspire.” But we think there is a close second place hashtag, “HolyS%*tBalls.” Being a Sagittarius, Windy has a great sense of humor.  Windy’s MyZone name is  Windizzle, which shows just how fun and

silly she can be.

Sheena Cardona from East Sac

Sheena joined us as a 21-day detox challenger. Always remembering her favorite quote,

 “Just do it, even if you suck” – Nike. 

Her enthusiastic attitude and electric smile were immediately infectious. Her challenge was incredibly successful thanks in part to her favorite classes, PPP and Tabata Tuesdays. Since transitioning from a challenger to a member, Sheena has continued to shine!  Her electrifying smile makes each workout she attends so much brighter. She takes advantage of every opportunity to encourage her teammates to push further, with a smile. She is one of the first to encourage, or help any new face she meets. Her engagement, enthusiasm and attitude shine bright as a beacon exemplifying the Results Family culture for all to see.

Jim Walker from Elk Grove

Oh what can we say about Mr. Jim?! And YES that is his MyZone name, Mr.Jim. Jim has been a member for the last 18 months and has lost 20 pounds during his first challenge. This commercial realtor always has a smile on his face, comes in every morning at 8am ready to work with his beautiful wife at his side. They always arrive early and you can find them getting their warm-up speed walking laps before class. She is the light of his life and you can tell he enjoys having her along on his fitness journey with him. When you see Jim ask him to show you his special high-five/high-kick greeting with his favorite coach, Coach OJ.

Jim is an Aquarius and loves to cook, his meal prep posts are on point. Compound movements and Tabata Tuesdays are his favorites in the gym. Jim says, “I have gotten so much stronger and my attitude towards life is much more upbeat.” Quotes Jim lives by are ‘Start Strong, Finish Stronger” and “Breathe in the faith, Breathe out the faith.”

Celine Butac from Arden

Celine first came to Results in January 2016 to focus on her fitness goals! Along the way, she fell in love with fitness and completed 3 challenges losing a total of 50lbs!!! Recently Celine was a part of the Member challenge and was in the top 3 of total body weight lost out of all 10 Results Locations!! Celine has made it her personal goal and mission to work out 5-7 days a week…even while vacationing. Not only is Celine a beast in the gym she also has completed a Spartan race and enjoys living life to the extreme.

She enjoys sky diving, bungee jumping and scuba diving too! On Celine’s downtime, she like to read a good book and cook……STTFP recipes of course. You can Find Celine working out at Arden Monday through Friday in the afternoon.
