Chris White from West Sac

Let me introduce to you West Sac’s member of the month for October, Chris White.  When we opened our doors in West Sac over 4 years ago, Chris was among the first to join us and become a charter member.  Having lost over 100lbs, Chris knows the struggle that comes with weight loss and fitness, but is now an avid gym goer and positive role model for so many of us, including her son who also attends regularly and her two young grandkids.

If you have been to a 7am class, you have surely seen Chris and probably been given some encouragement from her directly.  She loves to challenge herself using the stability disc and will often encourage those around her because “If she can do it, so can you”.  We are so happy to have Chris as a West Sac founding member and now our member of the month.  Thank you Chris for supporting us from the start and being such an inspiration to those around you!

Majid Hosseini from Sunrise

Originally a 6 Week Challenger, Majid lost a whopping total of 72 pounds throughout 3 back to back challenges before joining as a member nearly 3 years ago. You can easily spot him on the MyZone monitors (screen name Majid) because he takes his MEP’s seriously and pushes himself to have the highest in every class! He gets those MEP’s from doing burpees and squats between rounds – voluntarily! He encourages others to step outside their comfort zone and says, “If you don’t ever take a shot, you’ll always miss the target.”

Majid took a risk, and pushed himself to be the best person he was capable of being.  Since joining Results, he feels better and says “I actually get up in the morning with energy. I’m happier.” Since he began his fitness journey with Results, he’s remained committed to fitness and actively prepares to take on any challenge – including Spartan races!  Majid’s message to all members: Don’t be depressed. Just come here every day and do the work. It’ll pay off! Remember, this is a long-term journey, and you can do it!

Member of Month for October!

Matthew Anderson from Sparks

Our official member of the month for Sparks Results Transformation Center is Matthew Anderson! Matt has been a part of the fit-fam for over a year now, and since has been a great example for all of our members here at Results! Starting off as a 6-week challenger, Matt has lost a total of 40lbs with Results and still strives to get better on a consistent basis.

He’s shown that he loves to lift heavy sh*t and always comes in with a great attitude to inspire those around him during his workouts. As his favorite quote is “we got goals” and Matt is a firm believer that no matter whether you’re at work, or at Results, that you should never stop working towards something! With that attitude, he has never let anything get in the way of those goals! Come workout with Matt here at Results during the AM classes!

Shariyah Miller from Roseville

Shariyah Miller AKA “I Love Tacos” is Team Roseville’s Member of the Month for October! She has been a consistent and stable force at Roseville for the past 6 months. By day she works in sales for Bank of America and by night you can find her laterally shuffling around the gym at Roseville. Sometimes successfully and other times not so much…(she only fell once though!) In all seriousness, Shariyah is one of the hardest workers you will find at any gym and never once complains. (Okay that’s not true, maybe a few complaints here and there.)

She has lost a grand total of 39 pounds and is not stopping there! Her biggest accomplishment since training with us at Results is she can now do an unassisted burpee! And don’t worry, all the coaches give her plenty of practice to refine her skills…Her smile and positivity is contagious and she can brighten up the gym even on her worst day! Come workout with her and see what all the hype is about!

Trish Eguen from South Reno

Inspire, Motivate, and Encourage. All words which describe what Trish does all the time! With a total of 45 pounds down, Trish has remained a consistent member at our early morning class.

Not only does she high-five her FitFam between stations, but always has something positive to say! Trish will do a workout in the morning AND then takes a walk around the neighborhood with her dog after class! Trish’s favorite movement is SQUATS (of course)! While speaking at orientations, Trish’s before and after pictures prove the hard work she has put in for her grandkids. Working hard every day, Trish remembers, “If it’s to be, IT’S UP TO ME”.
