Sal first came to Rocklin needing our help due to some medical related issues. He had been put on medications and felt that there was another way to help himself get healthy without the medication. He decided to Join the 6-week 20lbs challenge. Meeting the 20lbs in round 1 ignited a fire and got him through round 2 with the success of another 20lbs down. Sal has always let his “why” from when he started here at Results drive him to come in everyday and work towards his goals and health. His favorite work out of the week is Tabata Tuesday! He makes sure to wear his MyZone on that day, so he can push himself in the work out. Outside of Results Sal works at Folsom state prison and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.

Diana Berger from Roseville
Diana’s journey with Results began in January of this year as a 20lb. Challenger. She made the decision to do the challenge because her already high blood pressure was climbing and she didn’t want to take more medication. She went on to complete 2 challenges and then became a member. Since starting her first challenge she has lost a total of 64lbs. and has dropped 4 dress sizes! Diana says she loves everything about Results and that it has completely changed her mindset. Diana always makes sure she gets to class early so that she can get some rowing in before her workout. Her favorite exercise to do in class are rope slams while balancing on a Bosu Ball. When she’s not in the gym, Diana enjoys golfing and jet skiing during her leisure time. Diana is a great inspiration to have in class and is the perfect example of what hard work, dedication, and discipline can do for a person.
Bri Colburn from South Reno
In August of this year Bri will be celebrating 1 year here and she feels ‘STRONG’! Breezy (as found on MYZONE screen, which she loves), decided to workout with her Mom to help each other get healthy & fit. In just 3 weeks ‘she was sold’ loving the environment &
workouts became ‘my favorite part of the day.’
Bri feels very fortunate to not only spend quality time with her Mom, but also to build friendships. In April, Bri found that she put on 20lbs of muscle!
Her favorite day is Tabata Tuesday, and says that ‘the best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today’ and we have definitely seen her ‘best’ on the Results floor daily!

Monique Masset from Sparks
Sparks Results is proud to have nominated, Monique Masset – a Results member for the past 3 years! With completing well over 200 workouts her main goal is consistency of keeping her body moving. Her great attitude and positive energy is why her FitFam has nominated her for the next Member of the Month. You can always find Monique smiling and welcoming others to keep pushing in workouts. Her dedication shows how far and strong she has gotten since being with Results. Her favorite workout is TABATA, where she can push your limits to 110%. Monique has spoken about Results with others and continued to grow the FitFam! We are proud of Monique and her sister Desiree, as they have shown their coaches, friends, and family what it means to be FitFam at Results.
Suzi Johnson from Sunrise
Suzi first found Results in February of 2016 after having tried numerous other programs and “diets”, and had never enjoyed exercise until she found us. She joined Results with the goal to live a better, healthier life. While she lives in El Dorado (up near Placerville), she gets up early to make her 5:00 am class because she feels she gets so much out of the Results sessions and loves her FitFam. Her Myzone name is “SuziJ” and loves how it gives her a way to track workouts, push herself harder, and get the most out of every workout. While Suzi has had to work through some injuries, she still enjoys lifting weights, especially chest press. During her time with Results, she has been able to gain strength back in her arms after having broken both of them!! Amazing! The Sunrise team has GREAT admiration for Suzi because despite any setbacks, she always has a positive attitude here with her Fit Fam and works HARD every single day to get better. Her favorite motivational quote is “Just Do It”, because thinking about it doesn’t get you anywhere!
