Emil joined Results with a coworker back in 2016 for a 6-week challenge! Over the course of 3 consecutive challenges, he lost a total of 72lbs! This is one of his proudest moments because knowing that he achieved his goals through hard work and consistency helps continue to motivate him in all aspects of his life! Emil has been a member for almost 2 years now and sports his Myzone “Emil” proudly during his 4:30pm workouts because he loves the extra push! It also keeps him honest about how much effort he’s putting in and motivates him to keep going! Especially during his love/hate relationship with core work! Although his favorite movement patterns are ice skaters and reverse burpees! The biggest positive impact Results has had on Emil is the confidence it has given him! He now knows that he can accomplish his goals no matter what! One of Emil’s favorite things about Results is the community. He has joined many different gyms in the past, but finds that what works the best for him is the atmosphere and people he’s around while working out. He loves that the workouts are always challenging and changing! He never gets bored of doing the same routine because Results keeps it fresh and fun! His advice to his fit fam is to take it day by day! The best strength isn’t about the number on the weight or number of reps… but in pushing yourself to keep going especially when you don’t feel like it. Member of the Month
Theresa has been a member of Results – Central Sacramento since September of 2017. Just being able to walk into a gym is a testament to how far Theresa has come in her journey back to fitness and health. Two years ago, she was paralyzed on her entire left side of her body, which left her having serious difficulty with brain processing and speech impairments. Theresa was told by her doctors that she would more than likely never return to work and that she would be permanently disabled. This is not the Teresa McKeever we know today – Now, she pushes sleds, does rounds of burpees, lifts heavy weights, runs, crawls, and focuses each workout to out-work everyone else in the gym!
Theresa believes that the “team” atmosphere with members motivates her to strive for more reps, push her limits and encourages her. She says that the support of GREAT Coaches each day continuously motivates her to do her best. She said that in the past, she had not been successful in traditional big-box gym settings and she believes that the coaches and the team atmosphere are the difference in her success. Theresa says “Results helps you find your inner strength my life is better for it. “
Her most favorite workouts are when heavy weights and cardio are done together. She says, “I like pushing sleds, pulling ropes with kettle bells attached to them.” “Basically, I like pushing my limits and those workouts that push me the hardest are the best!” Those workouts have helped Theresa gain 10lbs of muscle and reduce her body fat from 29% to 21% in the past 9 months!

Sue joined Results to lose weight, get healthy, and to feel better about herself. Since she’s been with us, she’s gained all that plus more! She says losing weight has been life changing. It’s given her so much more energy, self-confidence, and she actually looks forward to doing any and all outdoor activities. Sue has been with us for 2 years and 4 months and has lost over 85lbs. She has had the privilege to inspire many with her fitness journey. And even though she has gained some weight back here and there she continues to remind herself and others that struggle with the same thing that losing weight and stay healthy is a constant work in progress. Just like everything else in life! Sue says she’s a cardio girl and the day she looks forward to most, is our wonderful Tabata Days. If you ever want to catch a workout with Sue come visit her bright and early at the 530AM session. If you’re having a hard time deciding if a challenge is for you or not sure what goals you should create for yourself next Sue says “Leap and the net will appear”. Learn to take chances with everything you do in life! If it works then great. And if it doesn’t, than at least you tried.
Folsom, RTC is proud to have Melissa Cardiff as our July Member of the Month. Melissa is the definition of a natural leader, she works hard every moment of every class. Members often comment they want to be in Melissa’s group because they want to be pushed and have the challenge of keeping up with her. You can catch Melissa at the 6am or 6pm class during the week and 7am on Saturday’s. Melissa loves to push herself and her FitFam through the MyZone. She enjoys setting goals for herself and watching her 4X4 team excel. Melissa loves Results so much that she plans her days and weeks around her workouts- she doesn’t want to miss a workout, ever! Her favorite day to workout is on Tabata Tuesday’s but her favorite movements are bicep curls and pushups! She loves that she can push harder, further and longer than when she first started here 5 short months ago. We coach’s love when Melissa is in class because she is always up for a challenge and ready to be pushed outside of her comfort zone, she elevates the energy in the room with how hard she works. Besides loving the work outs, Melissa has made a handful of great GYM BESTIES that have helped make her experience at Results so amazing. They often come to class 30 minutes early to warm up and get some extra work in before the class begins. So, if you ever need some extra work, find Melissa!

Judy decided to join Results because she was unhappy with how she looked and felt. Her fitness and health journey started with Results, and it was her first step to changing that. She completed a challenge at the Sunrise location back in May of 2015 and after the challenge, she decided to try things on her own at a regular gym. It just wasn’t the same. When Judy saw that a Results was opening a location right by her work, she signed up right away to become a member because she knew Results was what she needed to keep her going on the correct fitness path. Judy has been a member since the first day Natomas opened on 9/16/15 and in fact, she was the VERY FIRST member at Natomas!
Results has had such a big impact on Judy’s life. She used to hate eating veggies, but now it’s not an issue. Results was her stepping stone. Now, she enjoys going to the gym and eating healthy. She honestly believes that if she never came back as a member, she would not be at the physical and mental point of where she is today. She fully enjoys the workouts and the camaraderie everyone has with each other.
Judy believes that Results has a great program to get you started and will help you achieve your goals. Her proudest moment was being able to do box jumps, and her favorite movement is any variation of squats. Her Myzone name is mzjbooty, which is a play off her name, Judy, and her desire for always wanting to build the booty.
