Becky Cieri from West Sac

If you come in to the 9am class, you certainly know Becky Cieri.  She is always quick to welcome in a new face, make the workout fun and shout some encouragement to teammates.  Becky has been here at West Sac since her first challenge in 2015 and will very easily tell you “If she can do it, anyone can”.  She also volunteers to help welcome in new challengers at kickoffs and helps keep our gym clean!

Between her and Jackie Bartone, who now goes to our Sparks location, they have become the gym moms for many here at Results and are always supporting both new and long time members.   Becky makes friends everywhere she goes and that was certainly true in the gym, as she and Jackie have fully adopted the fit fam love!  Thank you, Becky, for not only bragging about your gym family, but being a supportive member and welcoming anyone and everyone in to our fit fam.

We are so proud of you for sticking with your dedication to fitness and showing other that age and injuries are no excuse!

Jessica Graciano from Sunrise

Our newest Member of the Month, Jessica Graciano! Jessica first round results a year and a half ago. She has a total weight loss of 12lbs with Results, has significantly lowered her body fat, and gained GREAT strength. Jessica’s MyZone name is JessiG. Jessica always at the gym 30 minutes early to get in extra strength and core work. She works HARD for her goals.

She is always positive no matter what circumstances she finds herself in. She loves the quote, “You don’t make time for exercise, exercise makes time for you.” Jessica says she applies the same drive and discipline she uses in fitness in both her personal and professional life. She loves strengthening her back and abs, loves to run –  rain or shine, and enjoys obstacle style classes.

Lisa Kohlman from Sparks

Lisa Kohlman is our official January member of the month for Results Transformation Center here at Sparks! Lisa has been with Results for almost 3 years and has lost over 30 pounds in her journey here with us! No matter the day, or how many burpees, Lisa always comes in with a huge smile on her face. She shows great passion and great tenacity throughout her days with us.

She enjoys being happy, and that’s true when its spending time with her fit fam along with one of our favorite members here and also her son, Ben! We are excited to see what the new year brings to Lisa and her goals here with us at Sparks RTC especially knowing she is our official member of the month for January 2018!

Samantha Baskett from South Reno

Sammy of South Reno! What an inspiring challenger, member, mom, and fitfam! Sammy has shown others what it means to life heavy sh*t. Her biggest accomplishment is losing 35 pounds BUT even bigger accomplishment is being addicted to coming to the workout every day. The coaches have seen the dramatic change and dedication of Sammy to become the best she can be. Coming to a verity of classes between Reno and Sparks, she can motivate and inspire others to try your best and work hard. Sammy stays motivated by the saying, “discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most”. The Results Fitfam is proud of Sammy’s recent accomplishment in placing at the Tamaarta HIIT Lift Competition!! There is no doubt in our minds Sammy is going to blow us away in the months to come.

Tonya Macmillan from Roseville

Welcome in the new year at Roseville with our first MOM for 2018!! It is none other than Tonya Macmillan. Her time with us has been short but her impact has been huge! In just a little over 4 months with us, Tonya has lost 25 pounds and 10% body fat! Her favorite motivational quote is, “You can do anything for 30 seconds.” And I am just going to go out on a limb and guess she may have heard that here at Roseville a time or two ;). Among many great improvements, Tonya has really noticed a drastic change in her energy levels and concentration levels. Come jump into a session with her as she trains for her next goal of a half marathon!
