Hello Rocklin Fit Fam!

I hope everyone is ready for a fantastic holiday weekend. 

As many of you may or may not know, our Rocklin location has had a tremendous year in every way imaginable. We've grown our team, our fit fam and created a powerhouse of transformation success here at the Rock!!

We have much to celebrate (and we will) but we do have one piece of business we've been working hard on all year. 

Once we opened our doors last January it was clear our neighbors, the dentist and chiropractor, had some issue with the amount of energy our fit fam can produce. We've been working together, including the brokerage who helped us locate here, the landlord and our neighbors on a solution that can help all of our businesses succeed.  

We have worked out a soundproofing plan that has significant construction involved. There is frankly no easy way to get the work done. We have evaluated our options and decided that the slowest week of the year for workouts is the week following Christmas and before the New Year. So in the spirit of being good neighbors and closing out the year on a positive note with some smart sound proofing, we will be in a great position to deliver an even more amazing experience to you!

In order for us to do this, we will have to close the gym for 1 week.  Our Rocklin Results Transformation Center will be closed from December 26th- January 1st. We will resume classes with normal schedule on January 2, 2017.    In the meantime, while we know it is a bit inconvenient, we highly encouraged you to attend any of our other 8 locations in Sacramento!
