Results Transformation Center Scholarship Program continues its tradition using its strength to lift others up. Now in our 4th year, we are proud to continue to honor the memory of our very own, Coach Otis Jackson, with our Otis Jackson Memorial Fit Fam Student Achievement Scholarship. In addition to remembering Coach O’s legacy we are excited to bring back an employee award and continue to support members or their dependents to provide funding to college bound seniors and undergraduates. Scholarship awards are a minimum of $500, with awards totaling $3000.

The scholarship committee will select awardees based on their exceptional grade point average, community involvement, letters of recommendation and a personal mission statement.

• Confirmed enrollment to any accredited public or private college/university for Fall 2019.
• Eligible applicants must be a Results Transformation Center member, employee or dependent of a current member or employee.

Otis Jackson Fit Fam Student Achievement Scholarship - $500 award (minimum)

This category is designated specifically for a Results member (or dependent of a member) majoring in a Fitness or Nutrition degree.

RTC [2]Employee Scholarship - $500 award (minimum)

This category is designated specifically for a Results employee (or dependent of a employee).
(Employees must successfully pass 90-day probationary period to be eligible.)

• • Parent/guardian or member name.
  • Official high school transcript.
  • Acceptance letter or confirmed enrollment in an accredited college/university.
  • Summary of extra-curricular activities participated in during high school.
  • List of awards received.
  • Community service involvement over the past 12 months.

  • June 24 - Winners notified via email
